I received immediate & courteous attention when I asked for review of message on my odometer about low tire pressure. Awesome, professional service! One reason I have a high mileage GMC is because the crew at Arne's helps me keep it maintained! Just had brakes and front end work completed. My 2001 GMC and she drives great and back to work as I need it! We have used Arne's for over 30 years...NEVER been disappointed!

I have an FJ Cruiser that I thought the brakes were locking up so I called Arne’s Auto. No recommendation l just took a chance on them. Made appt arrived @7:30 was out of there @8:45. I was told that the problem was the abs system are working and that they checked all the braking systems and that the brakes were wearing fine plenty left that I was good to go. Apparently many people complain about the brakes due to the abs. Anyway, I highly recommend Arne’s Auto. Very nice people, respectful, and would not take a tip.

I have a fleet background & was ready to replace upper & lower ball joints (both driver&passenger side), replace front driveshaft universal joints & axle seals, both sides (4X4) but ruptured a disk in my lower back. Arne's was recommended to me. I made an appointment and took the vehicle to their shop. The bottom line is they are very professional, courteous, and fair in their pricing. Their mechanics apparently know their profession. After picking my vehicle up and back home I went over their work. " I DIDN'T FIND ONE THING THAT THEY REPAIRED THAT I WOULD HAVE DONE DIFFERENTLY." A very TRUSTWORTHY shop that I would definitely recommend to all.

I took my Subaru to Arnes because the air conditioner wasn’t working. They diagnosed it to be a faulty condenser and even though my car was just out of warranty they suggested I try to get Subaru to cover the repair. It ended up to be a $1,700 repair which Subaru did pay for. Kudos to Arnes Auto, who could have just done the repair at my expense.

I am going to go ahead and say that Arne's Auto is the best auto shop that I have ever taken my vehicle to. I blew the engine on a fairly new vehicle with low miles. I contacted three other auto shops that strictly denied my problem due to it being a very complex engine swap. Arne's did not hesitate to diagnose the problem and take me in under their care. They personally explained the problem and gave me all of the options that I had available (they are extremely knowledgeable). After deciding to proceed with an engine swap, they had it completed in less than a week (let me clarify that they appeared very busy during this time). They offered an extremely fair price. After driving the vehicle for a few weeks, I noticed a very minor problem and decided to contact them. Once again, the parking lot was completely full and it was obvious that they were extremely busy at the time of my return. They brought my vehicle in the shop in a matter of 10 minutes and fixed the problem free of charge. I cannot thank them enough for their patience. The lady in the front office, Robbie, and the shop mechanics were the friendliest people that I have ever dealt with. I live about 30 minutes away from the shop and I have firmly decided that I will return for future servicing, etc. Once again, I cannot thank them enough for their integrity and help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
