Best automotive shop in the tri-state! I have not one bad word to say about this business. Neither does anyone else I've spoken with. As for the other's in the business in this area that's another story. As an example of their customer service they offer I went by there last week with a bad valve stem on my jeep. I didn't make it to the shop with it on the vehicle but they replaced it in less than 10 minutes, and when I asked them how much I owed them, they said all they needed was a smile... thats why they get my vote for best automotive shop in the tri-state area! - Joseph Y. I have been taking my vehicles to Arne's for more than twenty years. He is retired now but his two sons run the shop very professionally. My vehicles are older, and require maintenance that often really doesn't make a lot of money for the shop. But despite this, they always fix my problems, at reasonable prices, and they stand by their work. They are always pleasant and welcoming. I know sometimes my issues with my truck , for instance, are really not profitable for them but they always treat me as if I were a big dollar customer. Most important of all, the two brothers are honest and never take advantage or mislead a customer. After so many years of doing business with them I know whereof I speak. - Frank D.
